Status Fashions

Status Fashions is located right at Status House on the second floor. We occupy rooms 202 and 205. If you know Sakinaka, you know how busy Andheri Kurla Road gets at almost any hour of the day. Our spot is specifically in Lathiya Rubber Gully. It is one of those narrow lanes where there is always something happening, trucks loading or people moving around. We have been here for a good while now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and handle our fashion business. We have racks of clothes and some desks squeezed in. The 2nd floor is okay, though the stairs can be a bit much when it is humid outside. We mostly just keep to ourselves and get the work done. You can hear the noise from the street coming through the windows, but you get used to it after a week or two. Most of the people working here are from around the area, so we don't have to travel too far. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don't really have a big reception or anything like that. People usually just walk in and find us at our desks. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running all the time. It is just a normal local business doing its thing in a very busy part of Mumbai.
