Sakhi Creations

Sakhi Creations is our small business based in Andheri West. We are located at No. C/222 in Vishnu Baug, right on S. V. Road. Anyone who knows Mumbai knows how packed S. V. Road gets, so there’s never a dull moment outside our windows. We’ve been in this spot for some time, and it’s where all the work happens. It’s not a large space, but we have everything we need to do our creative projects. We mostly focus on making items that people can use or wear. The room is usually filled with rolls of material and various tools we use for our designs. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of work going on at once. Being in Andheri is handy because everything is close by, but the traffic can be a real pain when we’re trying to move things. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and see us working. It’s an honest, busy environment. We just try to stay organized and get through our list of things to do each day. Sakhi Creations is just a group of us trying to do good work from our corner of Vishnu Baug. It’s a bit noisy and sometimes a little chaotic, but that’s just the way it is in this part of town. We just keep at it and make sure our projects are done right. It's a simple life here.
