Sakav Ovens, Dryers & Furnaces

We are located at unit 133 in Dewan Industrial Estate No. 6, out in Navghar, Vasai Road East. Sakav Ovens, Dryers & Furnaces has been our life for a long time. As the name says, we build big heating equipment. Our workshop is usually quite warm because we are often testing out the units we build. It is a large space because you need room to move these big furnaces around. We have welding gear, insulation materials, and lots of control panels sitting around. Vasai is a bit far out for some, but it is a good place for manufacturing like this. The industrial estate is busy, and we have been here since before it got this crowded. We are not really into big marketing or anything. We just build the ovens and dryers that people order. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the industry. It is a lot of manual labor, bending metal and wiring up sensors. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought, and we end up staying late to finish it. It is just how it goes when you are building stuff by hand. We like the work though. There is something nice about seeing a big furnace finally head out on a trailer to a customer’s factory. It makes the long days in the heat feel like they were worth the effort.
