Saiba Chicken Shop

Saiba Chicken Shop is our place in Mumbai Central, specifically over at Ho Badal Nagar 32/D. It is a small shop but we stay very busy throughout the day. We have to be here early to get everything cleaned and ready for the first customers who show up. The area around Badal Nagar is quite lively and there is always something going on. We spend most of our time preparing the chicken and making sure everything is handled the right way. It is a messy job sometimes, but we are used to it by now. The shop at 32/D is easy to find if you know the neighborhood. We don't really do any advertising or anything fancy like that. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about Saiba Chicken Shop. We have a few guys working here who have been with us for years, so we all know the drill. Sometimes the supply is a bit slow or the traffic in Mumbai Central makes deliveries late, but we manage to get by. We just focus on the task at hand and try to take care of the people who come in without any big promises. It is just a regular chicken shop where we work hard and go home tired at the end of the day. That is the reality of it. We are just local people serving the community here in Mumbai Central as best as we can.
