J. Ratilal Exports

J. Ratilal Exports is based in Sahakar Bhavan, room 105, on Narsi Natha Street. It’s a busy building and the street is always packed with trucks and people moving goods around. We’ve been in this office for quite a while now. It’s not a huge place, just a few desks and a lot of paperwork everywhere. We deal with exports, which means there’s a lot of back and forth with shipping and documentation. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, and we have to spend the whole day on the phone trying to fix it. It’s stressful but it’s the nature of the business. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical office where the real work happens. Most of our clients have been with us for years. We don’t do much advertising because we’re usually occupied with current orders. The lift in the building is a bit slow and cranky, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just try to be honest with people about timelines and costs. Sometimes we're late, sometimes we're early, that's just life in this industry. Narsi Natha Street is a tough place to park, but it’s right in the heart of the action. We like being part of the trade hub here. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and our families. It is just the way we have always done things.
