Sagar Sweets & Dry Fruits

If you are in Borivali West 4, you might have walked past Sagar Sweets & Dry Fruits without thinking much of it. We are a pretty standard neighborhood shop. We have the usual glass counters filled with different types of barfi, peda, and laddus. On the other side, we keep jars of cashews and almonds. It is the kind of place where people stop by after work to pick up something sweet for their kids or some snacks for tea time. We aren't trying to be a gourmet boutique. The floor is usually being swept because of all the foot traffic, and the air smells like fried savories and sugar syrup. We have a few guys working in the back making the fresh batches every day. It is a lot of hard work, especially when the weather is humid. We don't have a big corporate story. The shop started because people around here needed a place to get decent sweets without traveling too far. We know a lot of the families in the area. They come in for their Diwali orders or just for a samosa in the evening. It is a simple business. We keep the counters full and the scales ready for every customer. Borivali West is a busy place, and we are just glad to be a small part of the local routine here.
