Our kitchen is located over at Motilal Nagar No 2 in Goregaon West. Specifically, we’re at 334/ 2674 on Shiv Shambu Marg. It gets really loud and hot in the mornings when we start prepping all the meals. We handle a lot of corporate orders, which basically means a lot of big containers and making sure the timing is right so the food isn't cold when it gets to the office. It's a lot of work getting everything packed up properly. Moving around Goregaon can be a headache with the traffic, especially on Shiv Shambu Marg, but we’ve lived here long enough to know the shortcuts. We aren't some big food factory with robots, just regular people chopping vegetables and stirring big pots. Sometimes the orders are huge and we’re all hands on deck until the last box goes out. It’s a practical business. We focus on the daily stuff that people actually eat for lunch. The space in Motilal Nagar isn't huge, but we use every inch of it for the stoves and the packing tables. We’ve been at this address for a bit, so the locals know us. It’s just about getting the meals done and delivered every single day without too much fuss. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that since we’re mostly focused on the cooking side of things in the back. It’s just how we run things here and it keeps us busy.
