Fyt Foods is located in Ador House on K. Dubash Marg, right in the heart of Kalaghoda. It’s a beautiful old part of the Fort area, and the building itself has a lot of character. We work out of this office, focusing on the food business, which keeps us pretty busy from morning to night. The area is always full of tourists and people visiting the art galleries, but inside the office, we are usually talking about ingredients, packaging, and logistics. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees; we are just a dedicated group of people who care about what we’re putting out there. The streets around us are narrow and full of history, which makes coming to work every day feel a bit special. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk because that’s not really who we are. We just want to make sure the food products we handle are handled right. Sometimes the office gets a bit hectic when we have new samples coming in or when we are trying to coordinate deliveries in the busy South Mumbai traffic. We eat our lunch together most days and talk about how to get things done better. It’s a simple, honest way of working in a very famous part of town. We’ve been here for a bit and have seen the neighborhood change, but we just keep focusing on our daily tasks and making things work.
