Sabin Enterprises

Sucheta Niwas is one of those old buildings in the Fort area that has a lot of character. We’re located at number 285 on Shahid Bhagat Singh Road, up on the 3rd floor. Sabin Enterprises has been operating out of this space for quite some time now. The staircase is a bit steep, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it suits us just fine. Fort is a busy part of the city, and you can always hear the horns and the street vendors from our windows. Our day-to-day work isn't particularly glamorous. We deal with a lot of paperwork, logistics, and coordinating different small projects. There’s always a stack of invoices on someone’s desk and a phone that won’t stop ringing. We are a small group, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s filing papers or talking to people who drop by the office. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to get through the day’s tasks and make sure our clients are taken care of properly. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls downstairs and eat while we talk about the news or the cricket scores. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't put on any airs or graces here. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home to our families at the end of the day.
