Our office is in Phoenix House, unit A 302. We are located at 462 S.B Marg in Lower Parel, which is always a hectic place to be. The organics business involves a lot of coordination, and being in this part of Mumbai means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a bit noisy outside most of the time, but inside we just focus on the work. We have a lot of files and a few desks where the team handles the daily operations. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters with marble floors or anything. It’s just a place where we get things done. We deal with organic products and spend most of our time making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. Sometimes the traffic on S.B Marg makes us late, but we try to keep on top of it. We have a small team and everyone does a bit of everything. There’s no big hierarchy here. We just work together to make sure the orders are processed and the customers are sorted out. Most of the people who come here are regulars who have been working with us for a long time. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations. We’d rather just talk about the products and get the details right. It’s a plain, working office for people who value getting the job done properly without any of that corporate fluff that you see elsewhere these days.
