S. S. B. Grace Impex Pvt Ltd is based in the Champaklal Industrial Estate, specifically at unit 311 in Sion East. This estate is a real maze if you aren’t used to it. It’s an old-school industrial area with a lot of character. Our unit is mostly filled with stock and a couple of desks where we handle the import side of things. It’s usually a bit dusty and loud because of the other workshops in the building, but we don't mind. We focus on getting goods moved from one place to another. It involves a lot of coordination with drivers and warehouses. We aren't the type of company that has a lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us moving a pallet or arguing with a courier over the phone. We don't have time for corporate talk or fancy slogans. We just try to make sure the boxes are labeled right and the invoices are correct. Most of the people working here have been around Sion for years. We know the local chai wallah and the guys at the gate. It’s a tight-knit community in a way. The work is repetitive but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to run a decent trading business and keep our customers from calling us with complaints.
