Moto Claims India is based at 4 Kandivali East Phase No 1, in Thakur Village. We are part of the N G Suncity complex, which is quite easy to find since it is near Esis Hospital. People usually find their way to us after they have had some kind of trouble with their vehicle. Dealing with car insurance and accident claims is never fun, and most folks come in looking a bit stressed out. Our office is a simple place where we keep a lot of files and folders organized. We spend most of the day helping people fill out forms and explaining what the insurance companies are asking for. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication with surveyors and workshops. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just sit at our desks and try to sort through the paperwork so the claims move along.
