Royal Relators is tucked away on the first floor of Vazir House. We’re in Room Number 09 over in the Nawanagar area, right by Dockyard Road here in Mumbai. It’s an old part of the city, and the building has a lot of character, even if it’s a bit worn down in places. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time. The 400010 area is where we spend most of our lives. It’s a busy spot with all the dock activity nearby. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a workspace where we keep our records and meet people. We handle property matters, which can be pretty stressful for some folks, so we try to keep things calm and simple. We don't have a big team of sales people in suits. Usually, it's just one or two of us at the desk. We know the streets around Dockyard Road like the back of our hands. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep after a long day, but we don't mind. We aren't looking to be the biggest agency in Mumbai.
