Roshan Industries

We operate out of the Apar Building, which is situated very close to the Vithalwadi station. You can't miss the sound of the trains coming and going; it’s something we hear all day long. Roshan Industries is more of a workshop than anything else. We have a lot of heavy equipment like lathes and welding machines. The air usually smells like grease and cut metal. It’s a place where we get our hands dirty every day. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us in the middle of a job, wearing our work clothes and safety gear. We do a lot of repair work and make custom parts for other businesses. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience and a steady hand. The building is a bit old, and we’ve had to fix it up ourselves over time. We have a small group of workers who are more like friends than employees. We’ve all been doing this kind of work for years. We usually start our day early and work until we finish the tasks we set for ourselves. It can be quite loud with the machines running and the trains passing by, but we don't really notice it anymore. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because we’ve been here so long. We just focus on doing solid work.
