Roopam Dry Fruit

We have been running Roopam Dry Fruit here in Kandivali West for quite some time now. Our shop is located in the 1st Stage of Bsk Nagar 2, which is usually a pretty busy area with people coming and going all day. It is not a very big place, just a regular shop where we keep our sacks and jars of different nuts and dried fruits. Every morning we open up, sweep the front, and start weighing out things for the early customers. We have all the usual stuff like almonds, cashews, and raisins, but sometimes we get different types of walnuts or dried figs depending on what is available at the market. The air in the shop always smells a bit like roasted nuts and plastic packaging. It gets quite crowded in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work and stops by to pick up a snack. We try to keep everything organized on the shelves, but honestly, when it gets busy, boxes just end up piled wherever they fit. It is just a few of us working here, so we do everything ourselves from cleaning to talking to the suppliers. We don't really do much fancy stuff or advertising, we just stay open and wait for the regulars to show up. Sometimes the weather is too humid and we have to be extra careful with how we store the stock so nothing gets spoiled. It is a simple life in a noisy neighborhood.
