We are located at unit number 128 in the Jaygopal Industrial Estate on Tulsi Pipe Road. This part of Dadar West is always humming with activity. Roopali Creation Pvt. Ltd. is basically a busy workshop. It’s not a place with plush carpets or fancy lobbies. It’s an industrial estate, so there’s the constant sound of machinery and people moving goods around in the corridors. We have our machines set up and a small area for the office work. Most of our day is spent looking at patterns and making sure the stitching is right. It gets quite dusty with all the fabric scraps, and the fans are always going to keep the air moving. We’ve been in this building for many years. You get used to the rhythm of the place. The elevators are sometimes slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It’s a lot of hard, physical work, honestly. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of layers. It’s just a dedicated team of us working on the garments. We have our tea breaks together and talk about the day's work. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch, but that’s just the way the garment business goes. It’s a solid, no-nonsense setup where we just focus on getting the clothes made and sent out to the shops.
