Roki Impex

We operate Roki Impex from 143/35 in Dhanvantri Bhavan, which is located at Kemp’s Corner. Our office is on A.K. Marg, a spot that gets a lot of foot traffic and cars zooming by. It is a pretty straightforward place. We handle imports and exports, which mostly means a lot of paperwork and tracking shipments that are coming from all over. The office isn't very large, so we have shelves that go all the way up to the ceiling to hold all our files and samples. It can get a bit overwhelming when a bunch of new samples arrive at once. We don't have a professional cleaning crew or a fancy coffee machine; we just have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and eat our lunch. The building is a bit dated, but it has a good feel to it. We’ve known the security guards and the other tenants for years. Sometimes the monsoon rain leaks a little near the window, but we just put a bucket down and keep working. We aren't here to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to make sure the containers arrive and that the bills are paid. It is a busy life, and we are usually tired by the time we lock up at night. But it’s a good kind of busy that keeps us coming back. We don't bother with marketing; we just focus on the shipments and the daily tasks at hand.
