We've been at Kalbadevi on M G Road in Panvel City for a good while now. The address is 360/64. It is a busy spot, always something going on outside our doors. Rochlon Exports Pvt Ltd is just us working here every day. We handle shipping stuff out and dealing with the paperwork that comes with it. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients and making sure boxes get where they need to go on time. The office isn't fancy, just some desks and files everywhere. Most days are long. We start early when the market opens and usually finish late after the sun goes down. Panvel is a decent place to be based, even with all the traffic. People stop by to ask about rates or just to check on their orders. We try to keep things moving. There isn’t much downtime. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. Word gets around mostly. It’s hard work, keeping track of everything leaving the country. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, which is a headache, but that is just part of the job. We have been in this same building for years. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We just focus on the crates and the documents.
