Rizwan Qureshi Beef Shop

This is Rizwan Qureshi’s beef shop located in Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli East. We are specifically in Group Number 2, near the Vijaya Bank Layout. My family has been doing this work for a long time. The shop opens very early in the morning because that is when the meat arrives and we have to get everything ready for the day. Tagore Nagar is a busy residential area, so we have a lot of neighbors who come to us for their daily needs. It’s a simple shop with a counter and the tools we need for cutting and weighing. We don't have any fancy decorations or air conditioning. It can be a tough job, especially in the heat, but it’s what we know how to do. Most of our customers are regulars who live just a few streets away. They know they can come here and get what they need without any trouble. We talk to them about their families and the local news while we work. The area around Vijaya Bank Layout is always full of activity, with kids going to school and people heading to the market. We try to keep our space clean and follow the usual routine every day. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t try to make it anything more than what it is.
