We've been at 302 Bajaj Onix for a while now. It's right there in Union Park, across from where the old Hotel Pali Hill Vilkh Villa used to be on Mathuradas Road. Khar West is a busy area, but our spot is easy to find if you know the neighborhood. We mostly just handle property stuff around here. People come in and out of the office all day asking about flats or shops. It gets a bit hectic sometimes because there's always something going on in this part of Mumbai. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us sitting here dealing with the paperwork and phone calls. Usually, someone is around to answer questions if you drop by. The building is pretty recognizable once you get to the right street. We've seen a lot of changes in Union Park over the years. New shops open and old ones close, but we’re still here at the same desk. Most of our day is spent looking at listings or talking to folks who live nearby. It's not fancy work, but it keeps us busy. If you’re walking past the Reliance Mart or the hospital, you’re basically right there. We just try to keep things simple and get the jobs done that need doing. Sometimes the traffic on Mathuradas Road makes it hard to park, so most people just walk over. That's pretty much us, just a local office trying to keep track of the real estate around Khar for anyone who needs help.
