Rishin Garments

You can find Rishin Garments at No. 169 inside the Malad Shopping Centre in Malad West. It’s one of those busy local malls where people come for everything from a haircut to a new shirt. Our shop isn’t the biggest one there, but it’s got enough room for what we need. The mall starts getting busy around noon and stays that way until quite late. We spend most of the day under the fluorescent lights with the sound of the central air conditioning hum in the background. It’s a bit of a maze inside if you aren’t used to it. We see a lot of people walking past our window every day. Some stop to look, others are just rushing to the station. Malad West is always buzzing, especially during the festive seasons. We usually eat our lunch in the small back room while taking turns to watch the front. The shopping center has its own quirks, like the occasional leaky pipe or the music they play on the speakers. We’ve grown used to the neighbors and the security staff over the years. It’s a straightforward retail environment. We open the shutters in the morning and close them at night. It’s a busy life but we like being where the action is. No corporate fluff, just a regular shop in a regular mall doing what we do. We try to keep things organized despite the limited space.
