Rinku Trailor Clothes

The shop is on the ground floor of the Vora building in Vile Parle East. It is right on 6th B Cross, near the Shivsagar Hotel, so you can usually smell the food from there in the afternoon. Rinku Trailor Clothes is not a big designer boutique or anything like that. It is a small room packed with rolls of cloth and different colored threads. We have a couple of old sewing machines that make a lot of noise, but they work fine. Most days, we are busy measuring people or cutting fabric on the big wooden table. It gets a bit crowded when more than two customers come in at once because the space is tight. We have some shelves where we keep the finished clothes wrapped in plastic. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or work by the door where the light is better. Vile Parle is a busy area, especially this part of Dr Raj Kumar Road. People stop by on their way home from work to check if their outfits are ready. We try to finish things as fast as we can, but some days there is just too much to do. We don't spend much on decorations because we are more focused on getting the stitching right. It is just a regular local tailoring spot for the people living around here and we like it that way.
