Regency (India)

We are located at Maker Chambers V in Nariman Point, which is a pretty well-known building in this part of Mumbai. We are specifically in rooms 1414 and 1415 on the 14th floor. Being at 221 Nariman Point means we are right in the middle of all the business noise. You can see the sea if you stand in the right corner of the office, but mostly we are just looking at computer screens. The elevators here can be a real pain during lunch hour when everyone is trying to go down at once. We’ve been in this space for quite a while, so the furniture is a bit older and the carpet has seen better days. Our daily routine is mostly just managing the business side of things. There’s always a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks and people are usually busy typing away or talking to vendors. It’s not the kind of place with a lounge or anything like that. We just have our desks and a small area for tea. It gets quite loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We don't really worry about making the place look like a showroom because that’s not what we are. It’s just an office where work gets done, and we head home when the sun starts to set over the water.
