Raj Bucket Factory

Raj Bucket Factory is located over at No. 58 B, Rangwala Compound on Molana Azad Road. Being near Mahalaxmi Station and Jacob Circle means there is always something going on around here. It is a very busy part of Byculla. The compound itself is an old place, and we have been in unit 58 B for quite some time. It’s not the easiest place to find if you’re a stranger to the area because the alleys around Molana Azad Road can get quite tight. Inside, it's mostly the sound of metal and plastic being moved around. We make buckets and things like that, so it's a very hands-on job. There isn't much in the way of air conditioning, so it gets pretty hot during the summer months. We usually just leave the big doors open to catch a breeze, even if it brings in the street noise. It’s a bit messy with materials scattered around, but we know where everything is. The neighbors in the compound are mostly other small workshops, so we all know each other. Sometimes the traffic near the station makes it hard for deliveries to get in, so we have to wait around quite a bit. It’s just a regular factory life, nothing glamorous about it. We just keep our heads down and get the work done every day. It's a lot of repetitive stuff, but it's what we know.
