Rasilant Technology

We are Rasilant Technology, located in Flat 302 at Saiya Apartment. It is right in Sector 12, across from Kendriya Vihar in Kharghar. Navi Mumbai is where we have set ourselves up for the long haul. The office is basically just a regular apartment that we turned into a workspace, so it has that lived-in feel to it. We spend a lot of time on computers here, staring at screens and trying to figure out technical problems. It is not a huge tech hub with glass walls; it is just a regular room with desks and a lot of cables running across the floor. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We usually grab lunch from the local spots nearby or just eat at our desks while we talk about what needs fixing next. We focus on the tech side of things, but we try to keep our language simple when people ask what we actually do all day. It is a lot of trial and error some days. We do not have a receptionist or a big lobby area. You just come up to the third floor and knock on the door. We have been in Kharghar for a while now and we like the pace here compared to the busier parts of Mumbai. It is just a small group of us trying to keep the systems running and getting through the projects we have on our plates right now.
