We set up shop on the ground floor of Aishwarya Tower, which is right on CST Road in Kalina. Being in Santacruz East means we deal with a lot of traffic noise from the main road all day. It’s a busy spot. Our office isn't very large, but it's where we manage all our staff and service schedules. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles and coordinating people in different locations. There are always workers coming in and out to pick up their assignments or drop off keys. The ground floor location makes it easy for people to find us, though parking is usually a nightmare around here. We have a couple of old desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably too full of old records. It’s a practical space. We don't have any flashy signs or lounge chairs for visitors. Usually, there's a pot of tea going and someone is talking about a schedule change. Dealing with hospitality and services means things change every hour. Someone calls out sick or a client needs something extra, and we have to scramble. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we’ve gotten used to the pace of Kalina. We just try to keep everyone organized and make sure the jobs get done. Most of the people working with us live in the surrounding neighborhoods. We aren't trying to be a big corporate firm; we’re just a local team trying to keep things running.
