Rajpal Plastic Industries

We are located at Palmex House, which is unit number 9 in the Marol Co-Op Industrial Estate. It’s right off Sir V.M. Road in Andheri East. Being in an industrial estate like this means there is always something going on. There’s the constant sound of trucks loading and unloading. We’ve been here at Rajpal Plastic Industries for quite a while now. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and fits all our equipment. We spend our days managing the plastic molding and making sure the orders are ready on time. Andheri is always busy, so getting to work in the morning can be a real struggle with the traffic. Once we’re inside the gates, though, we just focus on the job. The workshop floor is usually covered in bits of plastic and the smell of the machines. We have a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, from operating the presses to packing the boxes. There isn't much room for sitting around. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the day to keep our energy up. It’s a practical place for practical work. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. We just have our machines and our workspace. It’s been our home for many years, and we know all the other business owners on this block. We just try to get things right and keep moving forward. It is hard work, but we like it.
