We are up on the 5th floor of the Everest building, right on Pandit M.M.Malvia Marg. It’s a busy street, and the building itself has a lot of different businesses coming and going. We focus on electrical sales, which basically means we spend our time talking about wires, switches, and components. It isn't the most exciting thing to talk about for most people, but it is important for getting things built. Our office at D/17 is usually full of catalogs and sample parts. We don't have a fancy showroom. If someone wants to see a product, we usually just pull it out of a box or show them the technical specs. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we know which parts are reliable and which ones are going to cause trouble later. We try to be honest with our customers about what they actually need instead of trying to sell them the most expensive thing. The lift in this building can be a bit cranky, so sometimes we end up taking the stairs. It’s just part of the daily routine. We aren't some massive chain; we are just a local office trying to provide the right parts to the people who need them. We work hard, go home, and come back to do it again the next day. It's a living, and we take pride in doing it right. It’s enough for us.
