Rainbow Systems

Our office is tucked away in Mumbai at Ramrao Sadan on Bhagat Lane 32. It’s called Rainbow Systems. We aren’t a giant IT firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team working out of this building. Bhagat Lane can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely, but once you’re at Ramrao Sadan, we are right there. The work involves a lot of sitting in front of monitors and figuring out technical stuff. It gets pretty quiet inside when everyone is focused. Outside, the lane is typical for Mumbai, busy and full of life. We’ve got a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of cables running along the floor. It’s not the most stylish place, but it works for us. We handle systems and whatever technical issues come our way. People usually call us when something isn't working right. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in the neighborhood. We take our tea breaks together at the corner shop. Working in a place like Ramrao Sadan feels more like being part of a community than being in a sterile corporate park. We’ve been at number 32 for quite some time now and have no plans to move. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day. The rainy season makes the lane messy, but we still show up.
