R C F Ltd has the Ace(M) Bagging Plant over in Chembur. It is a big industrial area and the plant is a major part of it. We are right in the middle of the RCF complex. It is not an office in a city building; it is a working plant. There is a lot of machinery and noise all the time. We wear our safety gear and follow the rules. The air smells like the work we do. We have a small office area where we keep the logs and the schedules. It is mostly metal desks and concrete floors. We are not here for the decor. We are here to keep the bagging plant running. We work in shifts. Some of us have been here for decades. You get to know the sound of the machines. If something sounds off, we notice it right away. Chembur is a busy place, and we are just one part of the industrial landscape there. We eat our tiffins together during the breaks. It is hard work, and we are often tired by the end of the day. But it is good, steady work. We do not have any fancy mission statements. We just make sure the bags are filled and moved out on time. That is what we do at the plant. It is a basic job but it is ours.
