Property Bucket Pvt. Ltd. is situated at No. 286 in the Powai Plaza, which is right in the Hiranandani Garden area of Powai. Powai is always buzzing with people, especially around the plaza. There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby, so it’s a lively spot to be in. Our room at 286 isn’t huge, just enough space for a few desks and some chairs for when people stop by to chat. We don’t really do much in terms of fancy decor; it's mostly just folders and computers. Sometimes the elevators in the plaza take forever, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people about different spots in the city. The view from the window isn't much, just the street below and other buildings. We’ve been in Powai for a bit now and it’s a good location for staying connected to what’s happening. It gets a bit hectic in the afternoons when everyone is out for lunch. We aren't a big corporate setup, just a small team trying to keep track of everything. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure we don't miss any details. Nothing too exciting, just a typical office day in Powai Plaza.
