Pro-Dev Modern Realty Llp is based out of U P Nagar on Dr. Ambedkar Road in Mumbai. We are in Building B, specifically in Room Number 30 on the third floor. It’s a bit of an older neighborhood, but it’s got a lot of character. We’ve been here for a bit, and we like the location because it feels more like a real community than some of the newer business districts. Our office is a simple one. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. It’s just a place where we can sit down, handle our files, and talk to people about property. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually quite busy. Dr. Ambedkar Road is a main artery, so there’s always something happening. We spend our days dealing with the ins and outs of modern realty. It’s not always easy work, but we keep at it. We are just a small team trying to do things the right way. No big mission statements or corporate jargon here. We just know the area well and help out where we can. Most people who come to see us are locals or have heard about us through word of mouth. We prefer it that way. It’s a straightforward business in a hardworking part of Mumbai. That’s just who we are at Pro-Dev.
