Our place is over in Malad West, specifically at Unit 3-B in Link Palace. It’s right off Link Road and if you see the Toyota showroom, we are just opposite that. Being in this part of town means there’s always a lot of movement and noise outside. Inside the unit, we deal with all sorts of kitchen gear. There are stacks of stainless steel items and parts everywhere. It can get a bit loud when we’re moving things around or checking the equipment. We don’t have a big corporate setup, just a functional space where we handle the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes the showroom across the street makes it easy for people to find us, which helps since the side roads can be confusing. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over technical drawings to make sure the kitchen setups are going to fit where they’re supposed to go. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. The team here just wears normal clothes and we drink a lot of tea while we work through the lists. We’ve been in this Malad spot for some time and we know the neighbors pretty well. It’s just a regular business day for us, trying to get the heavy stuff shipped out on time and making sure the inventory is where it should be. There is always something to unpack or sort through here. We usually finish up when the sun starts to go down.
