We are situated right opposite Singh Industrial Estate, at No-3 in the Ram Mandir area of Goregaon West. It is a very industrial part of Mumbai, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. Precious Glotech is where we handle various technical and manufacturing tasks. The building is a bit older and the stairs are a little steep. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor or in the small office area nearby. It is often humid and the traffic on Ram Mandir road can be a nightmare in the evenings. We just put our heads down and get the work done. We deal with a lot of technical specifications and blueprints. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned and we have to stay late to figure it out. We aren't into big corporate slogans or anything. We just focus on the machines and the output. Most of us have worked in Goregaon for years, so we are used to the grit and the noise. We have a small corner where we keep the water cooler and take our breaks. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have a fancy lobby. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us in our work clothes, busy with a project. It’s a tough environment but it’s where we do our best work.
