Praviz Developers Private Limited

The office for Praviz Developers Private Limited is located over in Vikhroli East. We are inside the Godrej One building, which is right there on the Eastern Express Highway. It is a huge glass building that is hard to miss if you are driving past. Being in Pirojshanagar means we are right in the middle of a lot of industrial history but it feels quite modern inside the gates. Working in Mumbai City means dealing with the constant noise of the highway, but inside Godrej One, it stays mostly quiet so we can focus. We spend a lot of our time looking at development plans and talking to contractors. Vikhroli has changed so much lately with all these new towers coming up. It feels like we are part of that change just by being here every day. The commute to the office can be a real headache during peak hours, like everywhere else in Mumbai, but we manage. There are a lot of other companies in this building too, so the elevators are always packed around lunchtime. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing for our projects. It is a professional environment but we try to keep things straightforward between us. No one really cares about fancy titles here, we just want to see the buildings get built properly. It is a lot of paperwork and meetings, honestly, but that is how things get done here.
