Pralika Overseas Limited

Our office is 402, Blue Diamond, right on Link Road in Malad West. Pralika Overseas Limited has been in this building for a few years now. Malad is always moving, and being on Link Road means we see the traffic crawl by all day from our window. It’s a typical office building. The elevator is usually slow or stuck on the ground floor, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files. Overseas work involves a lot of waiting for emails from different time zones, so sometimes we’re here late or start very early in the morning. It’s not a very exciting place. We have a small pantry where the kettle is always on for tea or coffee. We don’t have a receptionist to greet people; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. The carpet is a bit worn out in the hallway, but it’s fine for what we need. We focus more on the documents and the shipping schedules than on the decor. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except when someone is having a loud conversation on the phone with a supplier in another country. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There isn’t much corporate fluff here. We’re just a small team trying to make sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. It’s just an everyday office.
