Prabhat Provision Stores

Prabhat Provision Stores is tucked away at number 6 in the Electronic Cooperative Society Limited over in Bandra West. It’s a local place. We stock the usual things people need for their kitchens—bags of rice, different types of lentils, and those snacks the kids like. The shelves are pretty high, so sometimes we have to grab the stool to reach the top. It’s been here a while. We know who likes which brand of tea and who always forgets to bring their own bag. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when the morning delivery arrives and we have to move boxes around the floor. Bandra is a busy area, but our little corner stays pretty consistent. We open up early and stay till late most days. The light in the back of the store is a little dim, but we’ve never really gotten around to fixing it. It doesn’t bother us much. We’re just here to provide what the neighbors need without any fuss. You won't find anything too fancy here, just the basics. People stop by to chat for a minute while they pay. It’s just a normal shop run by normal people. We do our best to keep things stocked up so nobody leaves empty-handed. It’s just how we’ve always done it. We’re glad to be a small part of the Bandra neighborhood and see the familiar faces every single day.
