We’ve been here at Amin Manzil for a good while now. It’s right on L J Road in Mahim, which stays pretty busy most of the day. If you know the area, you know how 3 and 4 look from the outside. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get things ready for whoever walks in. It’s not a big fancy operation or anything like that. Just a local spot where people stop by when they’re in the neighborhood. Some folks have been coming here since we first started, and we recognize most of the faces that pass by. We deal with the usual city noise and the traffic outside, but inside, we just focus on what needs to be done. There’s always stuff to organize and things to clean. We don't spend much time thinking about being a business in the big sense, we just try to keep things running smooth. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery is late, but we manage. It’s mostly just us doing the same routine every day. If you're walking down L J Road, you've probably seen our sign. It’s a simple place with no extra frills. We just make sure there’s enough for everyone and keep the shelves stocked as best as we can. It gets a bit crowded during the lunch hour, but that’s just how it goes in Mahim. We like being part of the street life here.
