Poly Rubber Products is over at 3 Dalmia Building on T.H. Kataria Marg. If you come by this way in Mumbai, you’ll find us in a building that’s seen better days but still serves its purpose well. The office and the workspace have that distinct smell of rubber that you just can't get rid of. It’s a bit of an industrial feel in here. We have some heavy desks and a few old chairs for when we sit down. The walls have some stains from years of work, and the floors are just plain concrete. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect to find fancy art or rugs. We mostly deal with the production side of things, so there’s often samples lying around on every available surface in the room. T.H. Kataria Marg is a very busy road, and there’s always a lot of movement outside with trucks loading and unloading goods. We don’t have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up to see who’s coming in. It’s a bit cluttered and sometimes it's loud with the machinery or the big fans going, but it’s a real working environment. We’ve been in the Dalmia Building for a long time. It’s a practical spot for us. We just come in, do the work, and deal with the heat. It’s an honest way to spend the day, even if it gets a bit messy sometimes.
