Our business is set up in room 211/B at the Krishna Commercial Centre. It’s in Udyog Nagar, Goregaon West. This building is always full of activity because there are so many small businesses packed in here. We handle a lot of trading and shipments. The space we have is small but we’ve made it work by stacking things high. You have to be careful walking through the middle aisle so you don't knock anything over. We spend most of our mornings checking emails and making calls to the warehouse. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of checking lists and making sure the numbers match up. We don't have a big fancy meeting room. If we need to talk, we just stand around the main desk or go down to the local tea stall. Goregaon is always busy, so the sounds of the street are always in the background while we work. We don’t really bother with social media or anything like that. We just focus on the people we’ve been doing business with for years. Most of our files are kept in big physical binders because we don't always trust the cloud to keep things safe. It’s just a regular office where we show up, do the work, and then head home to our families. It’s been this way for a long time now. We don't need any high-tech gadgets to get the shipping done.
