Pets Heart

Pets Heart is located at number 4 on Laxmi Road in Vile Parle West. We are right opposite Dakshina Park, which is a nice landmark because you can see the trees and people walking their dogs from our side of the street. Being near the park makes a lot of sense for a business like ours. We see a lot of animals every day, and it's always a bit lively around here. The shop is small but we fit everything we need inside. It’s a very local feel, and we know many of the pet owners who live in the surrounding buildings. We spend our time taking care of the animals and talking to folks about what their pets need. It’s not a polished, high-end boutique; it’s more of a place where we actually do the work and sometimes things get a bit messy, which is expected when you work with animals. There’s usually a bit of barking or some other noise going on, but that’s just part of the day. We like being in Vile Parle West because the community is friendly and folks really care about their pets. We keep things simple and just focus on the animals brought to us. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and it keeps the day interesting so we wouldn't want to be anywhere else but right here across from that park where all the action is.
