You can find Pecanz Fashion Private Limited over at the Bharat Industrial Estate. We are in units 508 and 509 on T.J. Road in Sewree West. It’s one of those older industrial areas of the city. The building itself is quite big and has been there for a long time. We do our fashion work from these two units. It’s not a showroom, just a functional space where we handle all our production and logistics. The neighborhood of Sewree is a bit more relaxed than the more commercial parts of Mumbai, which we appreciate. We spend our hours checking quality and making sure orders are ready to go out. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of details. We don't have a fancy reception or a marketing team. It’s just us doing the job day in and day out. Sometimes the lifts in the estate are a bit slow, so we end up waiting around, but that’s just part of being in an old building. We’ve been here for quite a while now and we know the place well. It’s a good spot for what we do because it’s central enough for our needs. We just focus on the clothes and getting things finished. It’s a simple, no-nonsense way of running a business. The floors here have seen a lot of history, and we are just another part of that story now.
