Down on Saki Vihar Road in Powai, you’ll find the Vaibhav Industrial Estate. We are located at unit No. 107 B. Being in an industrial estate in Mumbai means things are always moving and there’s always noise. Pas Steels Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai is basically where we handle all our steel work. It’s not a clean or quiet job. There’s a lot of metal, some rust, and the sound of things being moved around. We don't have any air conditioning in the main area, so it gets quite hot during the Mumbai summers. We just drink plenty of water and keep going. Most of us have been working with steel for years, so we know our way around the materials. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll see us in our work gear, probably busy with a load. The estate is always crowded with vehicles, so parking is a bit of a nightmare. But we’ve been here long enough that we know how to manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest steel company in India. We just want to do the work that’s right in front of us. It’s a tough business, but it’s what we know. Saki Vihar Road is a busy place to be, and it keeps us on our toes. We just focus on the steel and the orders that need to get out to the customers.
