Parsi Dairy Farm

Parsi Dairy Farm has been sitting at 261/63 on Princess Street for a very long time. This part of the city is always rushing, and our building is one of those older ones that has been around through a lot of changes. Inside, it is all about the milk and the dairy items we have been making for years. We don't have any of those modern glass walls or fancy computer screens everywhere. It is mostly just tiled floors, heavy metal counters, and the smell of fresh milk. Most of the people working here have been with us for decades. They remember what the street looked like before all the new traffic came in. Princess Street is a major road, so there is constant noise from the cars and buses outside. We start our day very early, often before the sun is up, to get the batches ready for the morning customers. A lot of the people who come in are regulars who have been buying from us since they were children. We keep everything simple and don't do any flashy advertising. Sometimes the old plumbing gives us trouble or we have to give the walls a new coat of white paint, but that is just part of staying in an old building. We spend our time lifting crates and checking the milk jars. We don't need a big manual to tell us how to do the work. We just show up and make sure the dairy is ready for the neighborhood.
