This office is part of the Parle Agro family, located right here in Chakala, Andheri East. If you know the Western Express Highway, you know how busy it gets around here. Our space is functional and mostly about getting the work out the door. We have been in this spot for a long time, and the building has that lived-in feel. It’s not one of those glass towers you see further down the road. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork. We deal with the logistics and the daily grind of the business. The tea lady comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a breather. The traffic outside never really stops, so there is always a bit of a roar in the background. We have people who have worked here since they were young, and now they are the ones teaching the new kids how we do things. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a gym or a fancy cafeteria. We usually just bring tiffins or grab something from the stalls nearby. The paperwork can get heavy, especially toward the end of the month, but we just push through it together. It’s about the routine and making sure everything is handled properly. We aren't trying to be anything other than a solid place to work in a busy city.
