Our office is located right off the Western Express Highway on the Andheri Chakala Road. It’s a busy spot in Andheri East. Most people know the name Parle Agro, but for us, it’s just where we come to work every morning. The traffic on the highway can be really bad during rush hour, so most of us try to get here early. Inside, it’s a lot of people at desks, talking on phones and looking at spreadsheets. We’ve been in this area for quite some time now. It’s a central location which helps with everything we do. We don’t really do anything flashy here, just the daily tasks that keep a big company moving. There’s always someone coming or going. We handle a lot of the administrative stuff and the planning. It’s a lot of meetings and quick lunches. Sometimes the days feel long, but that’s just the nature of the business. We don’t spend time on fancy speeches or big promises. We just focus on what needs to be done for the day. Being in Andheri East means we are right in the middle of the action. It’s a practical place to be. We just keep our heads down and do the work. Parle Agro is just a group of people trying to keep things organized from this office on Chakala Road. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments, but we manage to get things sorted out by the time we head home.
