We’ve been operating out of the 101 office in Ram Krishna Niwas for a good bit now. If you know Dadar West, you probably know where the Portuguese Church is—we are right across from there on Gokhale Road North. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and things never really slow down around here. We deal with milk and different dairy products every single day. It isn't a glamorous job, just honest work getting things sorted and sent out. The building we are in has a lot of history, and we’ve become part of the neighborhood fabric over time. Our desks are usually piled with paperwork and the phones don't stop ringing much. Dealing with fresh products means you can't really take a day off or let things sit. Everyone on the team knows the routine by heart now. We aren't a big flashy corporation with glass walls; it's just a practical space where we get the job done. Sometimes the rain makes the commute to the office a bit of a mess, but we show up anyway. We handle the logistics and the distribution side of things from this location. It’s mostly about making sure the supply chain stays moving so people get what they need. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or big meetings. We just focus on the milk. That’s what we do here in Dadar, day in and day out, without much fuss. We've seen neighbors come and go, but we're still here doing our thing.
