Adeshwar Meditex Pvt. Ltd. is located out in Palghar West, specifically at Plot No. 17/18 in Dewan & Sons Udyog Nagar. It’s a bit of a journey to get out here, but this industrial area is where all the real work happens. Our facility is quite large because we need the room for the machines that process medical textiles. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the steady rhythm of engines and the sound of heavy rolls of fabric being moved around. The air in Udyog Nagar is full of the sounds of other factories too. We spend a lot of time on the floor, checking the production lines and making sure everything is running without a hitch. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s mostly concrete, metal, and stacks of finished goods ready for transport. The staff here mostly comes from the surrounding areas of Palghar. We take our lunch breaks together in the small shade we can find outside. Managing a factory like this means you’re always dealing with technical issues or logistics. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on your feet for most of the day. We’ve been here for a good while, and we’ve seen the industrial estate grow around us. It’s just a straightforward business where we focus on the manufacturing side of things and getting the shipments loaded onto the trucks.
