P. M. Exports

Our office, P. M. Exports, is located in Trombay at Tarabai Niwas. We are on V.N. Purav Marg in the Pailipada area. It is a bit far from the main city center, which makes it a slightly quieter place to work. The building is more like a residence that has been turned into offices, so it has a very homey feel to it. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a security desk. You just come up and we are there. We have a few rooms where we handle all our export paperwork. It is a small team, and we have all been working together for a long time. We handle everything from the initial order to the final shipping details. Sometimes it’s a lot of work for a few people, but we manage to get it done. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day while we talk to our contacts at the port. It is not a flashy life. We just come in, do the work, and go home. The neighborhood is friendly, and we know the guys at the local shops. It’s a very practical setup. We don't use any complicated systems, just old-fashioned hard work and a lot of phone calls. We like being in Trombay because it feels like a real neighborhood. It’s a steady, simple business and we like it that way.
