P. L. Kariwala International

P. L. Kariwala International has been operating out of Plot No-H/81 in Maker Tower for quite some time now. We are located right opposite the Jubelal Mandir in Cuffe Parade. It's a busy area and the street is usually full of people visiting the temple or going to other offices in the tower. Our space isn't anything special to look at, just a regular office with desks, chairs, and stacks of papers that seem to grow every week. We usually get in around nine and stay until the work is done. Some days are quieter than others. Since we are in Maker Tower, we deal with the usual city stuff like parking troubles and waiting for the lifts. It’s a good spot though, very central. We know the local chai wallah and the security guards by name. Most of the staff has stayed with us for a long time, so it feels like a small family. We don't spend much time on decorating or making things look corporate. We just focus on what needs to get done for the day. If you are coming by, the landmark is definitely the temple across the street. You can't miss it. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the bells and the traffic outside, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. It’s just how life is here in this part of Mumbai. We keep our door open mostly.
